The safety campaign

Powerful Visuals
The power of safety lies in repetition. That is why the SafetyBuddy returns in powerful visuals that make safety themes visible all around you. But repetition alone is not enough. What you see too often, eventually becomes unnoticeable. That is why we combine recognition with innovation. During the year, we focus on one specific safety theme per period, usually per quarter. This keeps the message fresh and each topic gets the attention it deserves.

Smart Additions
During the campaign, we try to go that extra mile to really make safety come alive on the work floor. We do this by thinking about smart additions that stand out, surprise or tie in with a special moment, such as an annual safety day or the Christmas package. In this way, we strengthen involvement and safety becomes something that colleagues actively and enjoyably contribute to.

SafetyBuddy
The SafetyBuddy symbolizes safety and makes safety recognizable, visible and discussable. Each design is unique and matches the work environment, clothing regulations and activities within your organization. This creates a character in which employees can easily recognize themselves. Whoever sees the SafetyBuddy, thinks of safety!
Safety Portal
How do you ensure that safety is not only visible, recognisable and discussable, but also lives among colleagues? This is done in the safety portal. This is where repetition and involvement come together. Employees can find current safety themes, report (near) incidents, share their ideas via the idea box and participate in an interactive safety quiz. Let colleagues know that their input matters, safety is something we do together!
Why a safety campaign?
Safety first! As a manager, you know that safety on the work floor depends on the behavior of employees. Behavioral change takes time and only really works if employees are continuously reminded of the importance of safety.
With a safety campaign, you give safety a recognizable face with the SafetyBuddy – a tailor-made character that emphasizes the importance of safety in a fun, accessible way. Our campaigns ensure that employees develop new habits step by step, whereby they are stimulated to positively influence not only their own behavior, but also that of their colleagues. By creating an environment in which safety is always and everywhere present, we help companies to sustainably anchor behavioral change and really bring safety to life.
