Hoe werkt
Werkplekinspectie?
Je maakt checklists die passen bij jouw omgeving met thema’s, afdelingen en machines. Vraagtypes zoals ja, nee en niet van toepassing, plus ruimte voor foto en opmerking, zorgen voor eenduidige vastlegging.
Medewerkers lopen de ronde op hun eigen device en vullen de checklist ter plekke in. Bevindingen worden aangevuld met foto’s en waar nodig wordt een maatregel vastgelegd met toelichting.
Na afronding zie je per ronde datum, uitvoerder, locatie en alle bevindingen met bewijs. Dashboards tonen aantallen, trends en hotspots per locatie of thema, zodat je gericht kunt sturen.
Alles staat centraal opgeslagen met versie en tijdstempel en is direct terug te vinden. Exporteer een rapport voor audits en toon naleving aan met complete historie en duidelijke onderbouwing.

Geen losse formulieren of Excel lijsten meer. Alle inspecties, foto’s en vastgelegde maatregelen staan veilig en overzichtelijk in het Werkplekinspectie portaal, klaar voor rapportage en audits.
De status van elke ronde wordt automatisch bijgewerkt met datum, uitvoerder en locatie. Dashboards tonen aantallen en trends per periode en team, zodat je altijd precies weet wat is gecontroleerd en welke maatregelen zijn vastgelegd.
